The visibility of users of the Platform is determined by the User Type which is set when the user is invited to join the Platform.

  • Internal: this user cannot discover and is not discoverable by users from other organizations for Spaces collaboration.

  • General: this user can discover and is discoverable by users from other organizations for Spaces collaboration.

A User Type can be changed once applied.

User visibility applies within the constraints of organization type settings i.e. where organizations are unable to interact with one another, no users will be visible to between organizations, regardless of user type.
