The Discovery Platform provides multiple ways to keep you connected with support technicians, data scientists, and analysts so you can keep your business moving forward. The Help Center, available directly on the platform, provides expert support and a space where you can reach out with questions and comments. Depending on your needs, one of our dedicated support technicians or data analysts will respond within 24 hours, and generally within 4. Once you register on the platform, you can also message us through your own dedicated Slack channel or through email.

  • The Help Center provides assistance with installing, configuration and troubleshooting, among other things. You can even schedule a session with a Data Scientist should you need it. You must first be registered with the Help Center in order to access it.

The Help Center is directly accessible on the platform by clicking on the ? at the top right of your home screen, then clicking Get Help.

You will be taken to the Help Center home page (see below). Click on the Customer Support Button at the bottom of the page.

Select the Features Button or the Anything else button (see below) to submit a request for support, report a bug, suggest an improvement or for any other question. You should receive a response within 4-24 hours, at most.

  • Slack - Once your organization is registered into the platform you will receive an invitation to your own Slack channel for communicating with CoreLogic support.

  • Email - Please contact us any time at customersupport@discoveryplatform.atlassian.net with questions, concerns, or to report a problem.
