Accessing Your Slack Channel

Once you are registered in the Discovery Platform and the Help Center, you and your organization will be given access to your own Slack channel for communicating with a customer success manager. CoreLogic will set up the channel and send an invitation to your email address; once accepted you may join the channel. If you have not received access to your channel or for any general support questions you may have, please contact the Help Center and submit a ticket. (On rare occurrences, your company IT may restrict access to this channel or require approval on your end.)
