Once you are registered in the Discovery Platform and the Help Center, you and your organization will be given access to your own Slack channel for communicating with a customer success manager. CoreLogic will set up the channel and send an invitation to your email address; once accepted you may join the channel. If you have not received access to your channel - or for any general support questions you may have , - please contact the Help Center and submit a ticket. (On rare occurrences, your company IT may restrict access to this channel or require approval on your end.)
