The Help Center is directly accessible on the platform by clicking on the ? at the top right of your home screen , then clicking Get Help(see above). This will take you to the Documentation Portal Homepage. Click on Get Help on the top right.
You will be taken to the Help Center home page (see below). Click on the Customer Support Button at the bottom of the page.
