You can edit or delete a Space specification either via the main Platform or from within your Secure Desktop.

1. Click on the Spaces icon on the navigation bar or from with your Secure Desktop

2. Click on the Spaces tab.

3. Choose a grid or list view and filter the display to show

   1. All - all space specifications

   2. Owner - where you are the owner of the Space specification

   3. Collaborator - where you are a collaborator within the Space specification

4. Click on the required Space Specification.

Edit a Space Specification

1. Go to the Details tab.

   1. Click on Edit Details.

      1. Enter a Name

      2. Enter a Description.

      3. Click Save.

   2. Click on the Collaborators tab.

      1. Click on Edit Collaborators to add or remove collaborators

   3. Click on the Data tab.

      1. Click on Edit Data to add or remove products and/or data assets.

Delete a Space Specification

1. Click on the down arrow on the right hand side:

   1. Click Delete - This action deletes the Space for all collaborators involved, any unsaved progress is lost and any running processes are stopped. This action cannot be undone.

   2. Confirm by clicking Delete.
