The Discovery Platform provides multiple ways to keep you connected with support technicians, data scientists, and analysts so you can keep your business moving forward.
The Help Center provides assistance with installing, configuring and troubleshooting, among other things. You can even schedule a session with a Data Scientist should you need it. You must first be registered with the Help Center in order to access it. (Review how to register with the Help Center here.)
The Help Center is directly accessible on the platform by clicking on the ? at the top right of your home screen, then clicking Contact Support. Fill out a ticket with your help request and you should receive a response within 4-24 hours at most. This page also accesses the Documentation Portal which provides information on all aspects of the Platform.
Slack Once your organization is registered into the platform you can get access to your own Slack channel for communicating with CoreLogic support.
