The Help Center is directly accessible on the platform by clicking on the ? at the top right of your home screen , then clicking Contact Support. Fill out a ticket with your help request and you (see above). This will take you to the Documentation Portal Homepage. Click on Help Center on the top right.

You will be taken to the Help Center home page (see below). Click on the Customer Support button near the center of the page.

On the next page, select the Features Button or the Anything else button (see below) to submit a request for support, report a bug, suggest an improvement or for any other question. You should receive a response within 4-24 hours, at most.
